UPDATE: With fixed Reference 3.
Continuing with the admixture analysis with our new reference 3 dataset.
Here's the results spreadsheet for K=5.
You can click on the legend to the right of the bar chart to sort by different ancestral components.
Fst divergences between estimated populations for K=5 in the form of MDS plots.
And the numbers:
C1 C2 C3 C4
C2 0.078
C3 0.088 0.126
C4 0.153 0.176 0.127
C5 0.160 0.165 0.201 0.266
wtf onge?
Perhaps it is some very ancient connection relating to haplogroup D?
bnei-menashe-jews look like a coding error too. they're mizos. e asian is too low to be plausible.
They had similar results in my earlier Admixture runs with reference 1. But that's consistent with mislabeling.
I am on my phone right now but I looked at the Behar et al table listing their populations and found no mention of Bnei Menashe. They list Bene Israel which is not in their dataset. So may be Bnei Menashe = Bene Israel?
zack, that is what i had initial assumed too. so i think this was an ethnographic swap out.
papuan???
