Zack , i noticed in your spreadsheet , data for 1-60 is available up to k=12 already? Is this ready already? i want to incorporate it. The k=5 might be interesting to see as well.
I'll likely finish up the graphs etc during lunchtime and post it early afternoon.
I run only K=4, 9, 12 for the Harappa participants. If you need K=5, I'll have to run it on all batches (except first).
leave it then , it's not important now , i wanted to see if i can infer any pattern.

If anyone is interested, I created a simple Euclidean distance matrix based on the K12 admixture values for HRP0001-0060. The ordinary caveats regarding Euclidean distance type measures apply. To sort an individual's matches, simply click on the drop-down menu at the very top of the column.
